A modern well equipped fully fitted kitchen with built-in dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor, washing machine and fridge freezer, everything you will ever need to create delicious meals for family and friends.
There are three beautiful bedrooms in the Utopia, all perfectly fitted with your comfort in mind. Banks of wardrobe space, drawer units and optional window seats are the hallmark of Lissett Homes, together with carefully planned storage, and the option of a uniquely designed centrally heated hanging space.
All bedrooms are fully furnished with a choice of carpets, curtains, wallpaper, paint and bed linen, all to the highest quality. Choose from either 4'6" or 5'0" wide beds, all provided as standard, or customers can provide their own should they prefer.
